BAYLEE LESS, DIRECTOR
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR, TI
Baylee is Temple Israel's new Community Engagement Director, where she oversees Temple's new Crosstown space as well as ConnecTI. In her free time, she serves as an adviser for the local BBYO chapter, and organizes listening room style concerts known as Sofar Sounds Memphis. She enjoys Asian food, concerts, and being outdoors - most likely at Shelby Farms.
Max returned to Memphis in August of 2017. Since then, he has started working at Raymond James as a New Accounts Associate. He graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in Kinesiology and Jewish Studies. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports at the JCC, exploring what music Memphis has to offer as well as singing at Temple Israel, and making omelettes.
Originally from Mississippi, Lindsey moved to Memphis after graduating from Delta State University in 2017. She currently works at FedEx in the Internal Audit department. In her free time Lindsey enjoys getting outdoors, group fitness classes, and trying out the local Memphis restaurants.
A born and raised Memphian, Lee moved back to Memphis in 2017 to work for Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. He graduated from the real UT (The University of Tennessee) in 2014 and moved to Nashville after for a couple years before coming back home. Lee is an avid sports fan, loves being outside, and you can catch him at most concerts.
A Memphis native, Rebecca graduated with her bachelor's from Mississippi State and her master's from the University of Mississippi. In 2017, she returned to Memphis and now works as the Director of Operations for Ops Fuel. In her free time, Rebecca serves as the alumna adviser for Tri Delta sorority at Rhodes College. She also served on the TI Talks committee for Fall and Spring '17-'18. Rebecca lives downtown with her partner, Shelby, and their two Pomeranians - Delta & Shep.
